We always strive to find the right people for your property, carrying out detailed checks on prospective tenants. Your property must be in good order, as we do not offer properties to our tenants which don't meet our standards.

Maintenance Reporting

We maintain a select panel of tradesman who are qualified to carry out maintenance work. Should a maintenance problem arise tenants are required to report the fault to our office where either the landlord will arrange repair or BS Home Lets will engage one of their contractors. We will deal with your request as quickly as possible.
