Maintenance Reports
We maintain a select panel of tradesman who are qualified to carry out maintenance work. Should a maintenance problem arise tenants are required to report the fault to our office where either the landlord will arrange repair or BS Home Lets will engage one of their contractors. In the event of Gas Emergency you will be advised to contact 0800 111 999 and if an Electricity Emergency 0800 365 900.
All general non-urgent maintenance issues can be reported to us by emailing us via the link here or by leaving a message on our answer phone when out of hours.

We will market your property via Rightmove, Findaproperty and Prime Location websites, as this is the most effective way of securing good quality tenants. Movers can view the properties online and even see the street view via google. Normally properties are let within days of being posted to our website which automatically uploads to our selected partners.
