For new landlords who require “full management”, we charge a set-up fee of £295.00 (inclusive VAT) which is a one-off charge which helps pay for the initial setting up of the property on our systems, the taking of high resolution photographs and other associated work required from the outset. As a full member of the UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA) we provide “Client Money Protection Insurance” (CMP) which protects both Landlords and their Tenants against the theft of their money handled by the Agent. Our arrangements are provided by LET ALLIANCE (Total Loss Client Money Protection for Landlords and Tenants). We are member of the Property Ombudsman (TPO) who provide a service to both landlords and their tenants in the unlikely event of a dispute or complaint against the Agent. We actively promote their existence by providing leaflets, references to TPO on our stationery and website content.
