Based in the Bristol area, BS Home Lets were established in 2003 to provide property management and letting services to residential landlords with property in the Bristol area.

Whilst we welcome those new to renting out their property, perhaps with intentions of starting a portfolio for future long term investment, our principal business is the management of established residential property portfolios and those landlords considering handing over the management and letting activities to a professional firm. Pauline Frasier established BS Home Lets in 2003, having worked in the property management field for over 15 years. She has attained Merit Diploma in Letting and Management, (University of London) as well as attended regular professional legal courses, so to keep up to date with all issues affecting the residential property management industry.
